The costs involved to bring & house the politicians and bureaucrats to the north are substantial but it could easily be off-set if we left a few hundred of them up there... and I'm sure the polar bears would appreciate the easy meals... The location of the meetings isn't the reason the issues keep going it circles; it's the lack of leadership which causes that. Valid points.
