I say that because I remember as a teenager when a massive copper strike was made in <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manitouwadge,_Ontario" rel="nofollow">Manitouwadge, Ont</a>. I never saw a new rail line go in so fast.  This may be the same thing.
