The left is scared spitless of the truth. People who love the truth love tend to love Sarah. People who hate the truth are desperate to destroy any point around which truth seekers might rally and no amount of deciept and hyperbole are concidered excesive.

Does she need to be from a big city and be connected with Big City interests to be able to make change? I like what she has to say and further more, how she says it.

Lying does not seem to be part of her platform, association with known gangsters and criminal operations are not a part of it and last but not least, connection with the Beltway Club of Consolidated power is not part of it.

From what I’ve read, even lowly carpenter’s sons have done very well.

The press has never been evenhanded with Palin. At the same time, the conservatives have invested too much hope in a woman who, despite her successes in Alaska, is little more than the equivalent of a small-town politician. Surely a country of 300 million, with a large conservative base, can find someone more impressive than Sarah Palin.

We might hope that Obama makes such a mess of things that his own record is the best reason not to vote for him: but if that should happen Sarah Palin cannot beat him in a head-to-head contest.

Before people start taking potshots at Sarah because “she’s a f**kup” they should take a real hard look at the White House and it’s present occupant.

Now THERE is a TRUE “f**kup”.

In truth Sarah could not have done any worse and in all likelihood would have done much better by now. A few reasons that would be are Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, Joe Biden and last but not least, Hillary Clinton — and their enforced absence from the US political picture.

Another thought — have you ever wondered why we got Pierre Trudeau and the US ended up with Obama?

I’ll tell you.

The media and the left only attack those they fear. If Palin did not matter or was not a threat, she would not get a mention.

However she is very telegenic, well spoken and able to communicate with the electorate and rally them.

Since the collective wisdom coming from the media is that Republicans need to be more like Democrats, I’d say real success for Republicans lies in the other direction – and Palin has that territory well staked out.

I saw a poll that showed the Governor at 80% among Republicans.
I dont think Ron Paul is that high.

Don’t care for her, but there’s a need for perspective. The last major poll among Republicans put Palin neck in neck with Ron Paul. Is that a threat? I think not.
