		<description>The Blue dog democrats are a stronger force than some people think.  Obama actually cannot pass this bill without blue dog and moderate support.  That support is fading - questions have risen about how much will be piled onto the national deficit and whether the present medical system even has the facilities to facilitate the fabled 45 million.

An alternative plan has been hatched that would skip a public system and instead create a subsidized private insurance market for employers (the unemployed can remain with medicare and medicaid).</description>
