    Well, I see the CBC (french division) is in trouble again as The Canadian radio-television and Telecommunications Commission declared in a ruling yesterday that Radio-Canada breached licence conditions last year durings its satirical New Years Eve show.
    It has ordered the CBC to apologize to its viewers for segments of last year Bye Bye show, which featured cracks about blacks, ANGLOPHONES, spousal abuse and the U.S. President. The CRTC says it received more than 250 complaints about the show.
