The End of the World

Posted by Jack On September - 10 - 2009

ledeenThere is a mounting body of evidence of a global alliance directed against the United States, running from Moscow to Tehran, Damascus and Caracas.  United by hatred of America, funded by oil and narcotics revenues (including our own), and unanimous in their contempt for free societies, the leaders of Russia, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba and Bolivia publicly declare their intentions and demonstrate their resolve.  Manhattan District Attorney, the legendary Robert Morgenthau recently spoke of the Iranian-Venezuelan collaboration in very stark terms: “ [Iranian President Mahmoud]Ahmadinejad and Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez have created a cozy financial, political and military partnership rooted in a shared anti-American animus.”

We know some of the consequences already.  Secretive flights from Tehran to Damascus and thence to Caracas arrive at a special area in the central airport, where men disembark, are not checked by immigration authorities, and are given Venezuelan passports.  Containers are unloaded and do not pass through customs.  Similar secrecy attends the return flights.  Neighboring countries believe that many of the men are officials of Hezbollah, who then fan out across the region (and perhaps across our southern border) to recruit foot soldiers for their expanding terror bases, and we know, thanks to a paramilitary operation by the Colombians at the beginning of the summer, that Chavez’ regime provided Swedish anti-tank missiles to the Colombian terrorist group FARC.  We also know, thanks to years of hard work by the DEA and South American partners, that Venezuela is a major transshipment port for cocaine and other narcotics.  The drugs are sent to Africa, and then to Europe, and finally into the United States.

Meanwhile the Obama administration is obsessed with destroying the moral and consequently the effectiveness of the CIA.  America is exposing its throat the its enemies because of the astonishing naivety of it’s ‘Commander in Chief’.   America’s enemies now also believe in Obama’s ”yes we can”.

My belief is that Iran’s strategic goal is Saudi Arabia, not Israel. It’s a strategic home run – a Shiite trampling of Sunnis, at long last; control of the oil; control of Islam. The US is humbled, unless it wants to stumble along without oil; Israel is isolated, and lying like a stuffed quail ready to be devoured.
I predict that any move made by Israel will result in a massive attack and move against the Kingdom by Iran. I would not be surprised either if Iran did not have a few surprises tucked around the US to serve as deterrents for interceding in the move against the Sauds.
These have been my thoughts, formulated on 9/11, and they have not changed since.

Your theory sounds entirely plausible LG.   With Obama neutering the CIA at a furious pace it is left up to the Israeli Mossad to provide any early warning.

Observing the anti-Jewish and anti-Israel rhetoric coming out of Iran over the last few years, along with the taunting over nuclear weapons advancement, the dots connect. Iran knows that Israel will take unilateral and first action, as it did with Iraq’s facility. Iran’s words and actions amount to provocations aimed at Israel, as though it is begging for Israel to attack.

Israel is a tiny prize compared to capturing all that is Saudi Arabia.

The question is, what does Iran have up its sleeve that will serve to deter the US from unleashing a devastating intervention? I would not be the least surprised to learn that Iran had assets within major US cities ready to demonstrate why the US should back off. Only speculation on my part, but if it were my game of chess, those are pieces I would want in place. I might even go so far as to let the US administration know of my capabilities. The public would never find out beforehand, for a variety of legitimate reasons.

And to think all this unfolds with the Office of President of the United States occupied by the most unworthy man in its history.
