Re McGuinty to city: Transit plan too costly: This mayor and this council couldn’t organize a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with the help of 5 world class chefs, a room full of their usual high priced consultants, and Mr. Peanut Himself.
The only good thing to come out of this mess is the lesson Ottawa voters have learned about how dysfunctional City Hall is.
