Of course you will take the story at face value because you hate black people and will accept any story that makes them look bad.  Same is true of much of this wing, except they won’t come out and say it.  Why would I believe you?

Plus, even if proven 100% true this is peanuts, garbage.  An inner city robbing circle? oooooh, scary.   It’s virtually no different from a normal robbing circle.  Try finding examples of real racism – denying loans, forcing people out of the neighbourhoods, lynchings, denying promotions, cheating on land treaties.  Not petty street crime.

But you pretty much have to exaggerate these little cases to prove that the “negroes are no better” and justify your own longer-running and far more devastating racism.  It’s like me beating the shit out of a 2 year old and justifying it by saying he spit up on me.

Again, if you weren’t on a forum where racism is condoned you would be ripped right up (and you are likely exploiting that fact)

“The Denver Police Department announced today that they have made 32 arrests during a sweep to end a four-month spree of what police said were racially motivated assaults and robberies in downtown Denver, including the LoDo entertainment district.”

For God’s sake does it have to be spelled out for you.

For crying out loud,this isn’t just one or two incidents,they arrested 32 Negroes and more suspects remain outstanding!

If you weren’t on a site full of people trying to deny their past and their social advantage, you’d be openly laughed at by now.  But keep thinking you’re being held down by the black power structure.  Didn’t you also post an article complaining that Law & Order was racist against white males because it didn’t show enough black crime? Loon.

It’s not the actions of the wingnuts that determine a movement, but the reaction of the crowd to said wingnuts.  In this simple rule much is learned.

That makes for about 70 years of age.  Give or take a few years, sure.  My point is that there was a time when blacks were supposed to be docile (same was true of virtually all minorities).  Someone who was alive at that time and saw the social conditions that could inspire such a written utterance.

As for police encounters, never had any seriously negative ones myself.  Been kicked out a couple stores for nefarious reasons but those stores didn’t last.

As for what you are sick of, I bet you’d be more sick of enduring the treatment that prompts such accusations. Honestly, hearing the complaints isn’t nearly as bad.  And yes I’ve been on both the “hearing” side (in the Caribbean, as a member of the upper class) and the “getting” side.

Instead of trying to save face by straining for examples of other people behaving badly, like Mr G does, you’d be better served to explore why these accusations (right and wrong) are made in the first place and why they are so readily believed. Or you can move to Zimbabwe if you’re dead intent on claiming legitimate victimhood.

To no one in particular:
You know, the one thing I have never understood. When I was rejected by an employer or stopped on the street by police (yes, actually, that has happened when I was in the wrong place at the wrong time) I never, ever wondered if it was because I was white. I just figured there was another reason. So, why is it that anyone of colour immediately thinks their everyday problems or whatever are because of their race or religion? To me that is an excuse and a copout for not being able to look at other reasons.

If I screw up, its because I did something stupid or there was a misunderstanding — not because I am white. Same for blacks. Sometimes people who are black are the cause of their own problems, yet are too many take the time to look in the mirror, that maybe the problem is not because they are black but because they’re acting like a jerk.

If someone ignores me in a line at a restaurant, I don’t suspect its because of my race. I just think someone is not doing their job. Yet, I have heard people actually say that to a restaurant hostess. Paranoia in the extreme.

It’s everywhere and I am sick and tired of people of colour blaming everything on whites. That is nothing short of reverse racism. And, yes, blacks can be just as racist as whites.
