We’re at war Cynapse and we won WW2 because we censored reporters.  We did not permit them to destroy our will to fight.  We should learn from past lessons but we don’t because of “weak-kneed” politicians.  This situation will go on forever as long as we give terrorists a bully box.

I suggest we deprive them of that venue.

“I know, I know — what about free speech”

Our soldiers die while media scream the Taliban viewpoint.  It’s time to shut it all down as our enemy continues to use our media against us and this war goes on forever.  That will stop as soon as we reign in our enemies and they find they cannot influence us anymore through our media.

Personally, I don’t care what the Taliban think.  I want our soldiers to come home safe and if that means sending all embedded reporters back to Canada “en masse” then we should do that.   I’m not into “free speech”.

I am “into” our troops winning and it begins with firing reporters.

We can save “free speech” until after this war is over.

Of course, that action is based on fear as well so I’m not really sure what you’re driving at.

Moreover, what’s up with this censorship talk? Isn’t the raison d’tetre of this blog to present viewpoints that are being suppressed by the so-called MSM? How can you turn around and justify censoring other information because it results in security action you find inconvenient?

America is running scared and this needs to change because whether people believe it or not “Sammy Bin Elvis” is winning and that is what terrorism is all about.

In my view, it’s far past time to start censoring the media and stop the scare stories.  They are destroying our will to fight and that is the main objective of terrorism.
