Irish at home, abroad cheer St. Patrick's Day

DUBLIN, Ireland – Much of the world is turning green Wednesday for St. Patrick’s Day, the annual celebration of all hues of Irishness.

More than a half-million people lined the 3-kilometre route of the flagship Dublin parade beneath unusually sunny skies in this wet, windy land. The parade’s theme “The Extraordinary World” celebrated Ireland’s increasing multiculturalism as well as the global spread of the Irish. patrick

Mixed in with the usual displays of U.S. marching bands and Irish sporting heroes were dancing troupes from Africa and India, bands from Austria and France, giant insect floats from Spain, and Dubliners dancing with mops and dusters.

Fun times — “Yes, they should.”

Ireland, because of it’s history, has the right to celebrate this day.  I want the violence to stop but “regardless” — the tiny island has contributed much to North America and nobody should ever forget it.

The sidebar video shows all that.

New York and “Irishmen” on 911 showed us how.  They are all of course local cops, firemen and ambulance attendants and they did their job.

No reason to explain why they love their new countries.

    It’s self explanatory.

Irish people do what they do and “911″ should be celebrated today.

    “Green beer” and all.

    Have fun people.

And be proud of what you are.

The above was a lovely tribute to the Irish nation and its diaspora.

Google, a traditional Irish Blessing Youtube, dedicated to our troops and all those who have served and are serving to protect our homesoil. Their brute strength in combination with applicable intellect will cause everything to turn out okay in the wash, sooner or later. Regarding that we have great confidence.

Reminding people that March 19th is the Feast Day of St. Joseph (Canada’s patron saint and the patron saint of all good fathers).

Also, I believe Prime Minister Harper’s middle name is “Joseph.” Support our leadership walking the tight rope in economic and social initiatives for the future of our country.

His YouTube address proved the best of leadership worldwide. Now, let’s continue to support that which all citizens can benefit from.

Kudos to our troops abroad and those who serve and protect at home, even when the judiciary makes decisions which make no sense. Why do they do that? It’s clear there are illicit businesses making the few dollars available now when they shouldn’t be. That’s just the way it is, but it can change.

Really appreciated the Irish tribute , but Canada is OUR BUSINESS and that’s for each individual’s decision day by day. Thanks and appreciation for all.
