I think the story is correct.
As soon as Mann starts a lawsuit he’s into a discovery situation and all hell will break loose. “Libel chill” has it’s drawbacks and if Jaffer thinks he has a problem he has no idea.
Michael “hockey stick” Mann is in a “way worse” situation. Frankly, it looks good on him.

Thanks for posting “Hide the Decline II” , Jack. I agree with you, if the producers need $$ to defend themselves against that hack scientist; I for one, would like to help. I am willing to wager that there are many more people who would like to help.
