I was sent a link to a video today that was passed on by a learned judge to a friend of mine. Both were very impressed by it and so am I.
As the US enters a long weekend and everyone heads off to have fun we should all remember what can happen when drunks get behind the wheel.
If you have to beat them into the ground you don’t let this happen. To all my American friends “have a fun and safe weekend”.
My personal view: Let’s save a life today as we tear the keys out of their hands and help them get home safely. Matter of fact “Let’s save a life” 365 days a year. There is no need for this carnage. It happens because we refuse to act to stop it and THAT is everyone’s decision EVERYWHERE.
A decision that can change in a heartbeat as friends watch other friends climb into a car totally pissed and because they don’t want to lose them stand there “stuck on stupid”.
Friends can do better.
The judge is entirely correct and I thank him for picking up on it.
