John Kerry bitter as Tea Party gains steam (2)

U.S. Sen. John Kerry yesterday mocked Republicans as “Sarah Palin’s party” even as the New Hampshire Senate candidate she backed claimed victory in Tuesday’s primary and a Tea Party favorite emerged as the GOP’s best hope to break the Democratic stranglehold on the Bay State delegation.

“I think the Tea Party couldn’t ask for any better publicity than to be denounced by a millionaire who dodges paying taxes on his yacht,” said conservative gadfly Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit.

Kerry seized on a Republican rift following Tea Party victories across the country – among them, Palin’s “chosen radical rightwing candidate” GOP U.S. Senate nominee Christine O’Donnell, who triumphed in Delaware over establishment Republican Mike Castle.

“The news from Delaware is crystal clear: It’s Sarah Palin’s party now,” Kerry wrote in a fund-raising e-mail titled “Delawow!” distributed yesterday. “We have to fight back. Click here to contribute right now to make sure we defeat the Tea Party extremists.”

But conservative Washington observers said Republicans will get the last laugh come November.

“Kerry is the guy whose political instincts are always wrong. This guy’s presidential campaign was a punch line,” Reynolds said. “To call the Tea Party extremists is a joke.”

“So, with mud on their faces, both sides of the aisle are trying to shred the personal credibility of the outsiders.”

Reportedly 24 hrs ago O’Donnell had a measly $50,000 in her ‘warchest’.  Already today she has surpassed $1 Million and there’s no end in sight.  She’s gone as far as she’s going too huh?  Big mistake on the voters part huh?  Message to Karl Rove….best you go into major damage control fella, lest you end up as irrelevant as so many of your fellow beltway boys have been judged to be.  The sun is setting on you and yours, in both parties.  Either get on the bus or get thrown off of it.  You’ll not be given long to think about it either.  The patience, or maybe I should say tolerance, of the majority of American voters has come to the end.

Mostly seems it is Liberals that avoid taxes……….

Old Cretch Grand Mare and Paul Martin CSL come to mind ?

  3. Johnnie Kerry is proof positive that botox injections can cause severe brain damage. He is a pompous ass gigolo living off the assets of ketchup queen wife Teresa Heinz and he has never recovered from having “W” whip his sorry wannabe presidential butt. If he doesn’t shut his pie hole with regards to the tea party, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the “Swiftboat Veterans for Truth” return to the fray.

Well say what you want about Kerry and ‘the swift boat veterans for truth.’  At least he was over there in Vietnam.  Where was George W and dead eye Dick Cheney?

But I agree Kerry is a twit, medals and all.

It’s kind of humorous listening to all the so-called expert’s anquish over Christine’s unexpected success.  One conservative ‘expert’ giving her a 1 in 10 chance of winning the state in November.  Well, I wonder what odds these same ‘experts’ would have given Obama less than 2 yrs ago of being in the mess he is today?  Zero to none sound about right?

Also coming to mind re Libs and Taxes, Tim Geithner, Charlie Rangel, Chris Dodd, Tom Daschel, Al Franken, Nancy Killefer…….
