    Re: Old ways die hard, even for Senate critic Harper – The Canadian electorate has yet to learn that that words and phrases like "transparency", "accountability", "ending cronyism",etc, are simply campaign rhetoric and nothing more.
     
    As soon as they achieve power the rewarding friends, the breaking campaign promises, and the milking of the system, begins.
     
    The Liberals did it, the Conservatives are doing it, and the NDP would do it given the opportunity.
