Vern White is the author or his own misfortune, as are the members of the Ottawa Police. Both have allowed the conduct of bullies, a$$holes, and criminals, to go unaddressed for long enough that the public is finally fed up – and my sympathy levels for the lot of them are so low as to be non-existent.
