    Re#5. Worse yet, it is estimated that up to 90% of the refugee claims are bogus and there is no a darn thing Canada can do about it. It’s not just refugee’s from eastern Europe that are clamouring to get onboard Canada’s gravy train. Pierre Elliot Trudeau’s Charter or Rights……for the whole world to abuse. The gift that just keeps giving. There is only one solution. Invoke the notwithstanding clause, suspend the charter as Jack has suggested before, and start again right from the beginning.
