I think these same people could better spend their time camped out across the street from one of our Canadian abortion clinics. Unlike chuckwagon horses unborn fetuses have no rules to protect them. So let’s compare the casualty lists. During the last 6 months approximately 50,000 (no rules) human fetuses have died while only about 3 (protected by rules) horses have died. Difference? The first group were deliberate, the latter by accident. Somebody besides me see something wrong with this picture?

I do. You’re grafting abortion onto yet another debate.
Pro-lifers are relentless. If they were this diligent about protecting life of the born, imagine how nice this world (or at least this continent) would be.

As hard as it is to discover I’m sure there’s slippery (and very steep) slope argument to be made in there somewhere Cy, just where is the big question…….

Never claimed there was one. But anti-abortionists are relentless in turning every discussion into one about abortion. I merely opined that if they showed the same concern for the ill / injured / bombed who are here right now, this earth might be more pleasant.

However it is probably easier to shout at already emotionally fragile women going into a clinic.

Nice generalization there Cy to bad its not true. Most anti abortionists never mention abortion unless the subject is brought up. I am anti abortion and I hardly ever talk about it. I recently discovered several young ladies were anti abortion when they saw a pro abortion thing by the Progressives in the newspaper. I didn’t know what their views were before.

….”emotionally fragile women going into a clinic”. The naivety of that statement is mind-boggling. Now that’s generalization……..to the enth degree.
