    Now we know why Alberta put in a so called super board and took all the power away from local boards. The better to fleece the taxpayers via the super board.
    No money for highway 63, no money for decent food for our seniors in lodges etc. But unlimited amounts for those head honchos, and to top it off a huge severance pkg.
    Wonder what other depts have such huge expenses for their head honchos.
